More things to do in Minni-snow-ta

Do not panic. Snow will not be a factor during your October visit to the North Star State. Here are some more fun things to do while you are in town to help us celebrate our nuptials.

My favorite thing to do in October is take a hike and check out the fall colors. Normally the best place to go is north, but this year you will find the best colors south along highway 61 to Red Wing. That will work great for people planning on golfing with Paul at the Mississippi Dunes.

For those that would rather stay inside, there will be a photo exhibit called "Touch the Sky: Prairie Photographs by Jim Brandenburg" at the Bell Museum on the University of Minnesota Campus. It is like taking a walk around western Minnesota without leaving the Twin Cities.

We are really looking forward to seeing you all. Please let us know what we can do to facilitate your fun when you are in Minnesota.

Local Activities

The wedding channel website has all theofficial wedding information (dates and times and such). But we will provide all the links for local activities from this blog. It will be better for all involved. Now please take a moment and think about you would like to do on a nice fall weekend in Saint Paul.

For a quick look at what to do in Saint Paul you can start with this handy portal site from the City's website

If you know you want Golf click here or here for St. Paul Public Courses

We recommend you take some time to visit the Mississippi while you are here. You could take a walk in Saint Paul, go shopping in Stillwater or you can take a boat ride.
